Relaxation Massage
What is Relaxation Massage?
Designed to aid in relaxation, relaxation massage is a more gentle and flowing form of massage to remedial massage. Relaxation massage follows a set routine of massage rather than targeting specific areas of the body.
Our massage therapist is able to adapt to your preferred pressure so relaxation massages can be very light or use slightly firmer pressure. A hands-on massage technique uses soothing hands on touch.
At Daydream Relaxation Massage, we use coconut oil to gently moisturise your skin whilst gently kneading and easing away tension. The skin is more receptive to coconut oil and it is more easily absorbed. There is the added benefit that people with nut allergies can safely be massaged with coconut oil.
Relaxation massages are ideal for whole body relaxation so appointments are a little longer in order to accommodate this. You can choose between a 60 minute massage experience or a more indulgent 90 minute experience.
